Hello to All of You throughout the Northwest Family,

As we wrap up another great week, I want to share a few important updates and announcements with you before the weekend begins.

High School Homecoming Week

Next week, Northwest High School students will be celebrating Homecoming Week as they gear up for the big dance next weekend! To foster school spirit, our students will participate in the following themed days:

• Monday – Everyone is Welcome Day: Students will start their day by taking time to greet friends, staff, and classmates.
• Tuesday – No One Eats Alone Day: Everyone is encouraged to join new tables at lunch so no student sits alone.
• Wednesday – Wear Green Wednesday: Students and staff should wear green to symbolize our school unity.
• Thursday – Let ‘Em Know: Special announcements will be made throughout the day to highlight and celebrate students doing great things for others.
• Friday – High Five Friday: Student Lead members will be at every entrance to welcome everyone into the building with smiles, high fives, fist bumps, and encouragement.

Holiday Assistance Program (Luke 19)

We are partnering with Luke 19, a local community group dedicated to supporting families during the holiday season. As we approach this time of year, we recognize it can bring both joy and extra challenges. If your family could benefit from holiday support, please complete the Holiday Help Sign-Up Form by September 30th.

Reminder Regarding Student Fees

All student fees should be paid in full prior to the end of each school year. Please note that unpaid fees may result in restrictions on student participation in upcoming events, including extracurricular activities, field trips, dances, and special programs.

Building principals will send fee statements and reminders throughout the year. Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
