Our transportation staff is committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for our students. If you call the transportation office and no one is available please leave a voicemail or email the transportation coordinator and she will get back to you as soon as possible.
Bus routes are approved by Northwest Board of Education at the start of each school year. Please have your child at the school bus stop 5 to 10 minutes prior to your approximate pick-up time.
Bus Stop Location Changes
If you have moved you will need to contact your child’s school building secretary to notify them of the address change. You will need to provide two proofs of residence to verify the address change. Once the proofs of residence have been provided the office will notify the transportation department of the change. Notification of new stop location will be provided within 3 days of receiving the proof of residence documentation.
If you have changed your child’s alternate stop location, please call the transportation office as soon as possible to report the change.
Open Enrollment Student Transportation
Parents of students who are approved for open enrollment must request a pick-up and drop-off location in the district prior to the start of the school year.
Pick-up and drop-off locations will be determined by the transportation department based on capacity of the bus route.
An open enrolled student is only permitted to ride the bus to and from their assigned pick-up and drop-off location. Students are not permitted to ride home with other students.
