A pre-bid conference will be held on June 12, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at the Northwest LSD District Office, 2309 Locust Street South, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614 with a site visit to immediately follow. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
