We recently school board approved our new vision and mission statements. They are as follows:

Vision Statement 
 
At Northwest, we want to be a catalyst of transformation for students in our care, by unlocking all dimensions of their intellectual, and interpersonal potential.
 
We dream of a bright future where every child is seen, heard, and prepared to embrace and adapt to the unknown with resourcefulness and resiliency while finding strength in every challenge.
 
We dream of being the heart of the community, actively working with families and community to share resources and ideas. Together, we strive to build collaboration that enriches the educational experience.
 
We dream of a growth-focused staff, the cornerstone of this vision, who will inspire and ignite the development of our students. We stand firm in our promise to pursue innovative strategies for the success and well-being of our students, developing them into adults who impact and influence the world for good.

Through strong partnerships with our families and community, we help our students grow into resilient, resourceful citizens who are ready to face the future and make the world a better place.

We will begin putting these statements on social media and our website. 

We will be having a Strategic Planning meeting for parents on April 7 & April 9 to gather your feedback for Northwest's next three year Strategic Plans and goals. If you are free, please join us! We will also have a survey out soon to get feedback for our goals for the next three school years!
