I am starting my 18th year here at Northwest High School, and my 33rd year of teaching overall. My wife Tamara and I have lived in the district (in Clinton) for the past 29 years and have a deep-rooted desire for this school system to be the best it can be. I am proud to say my children, Eric and Emily, came through this school system from K-12 and received an excellent education from an Excellent school system, as noted by the State of Ohio. I graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1981, received my Bachelor's degree in Education from Kent State in 1985, and my Master's of Education from the University of Akron in 1997. I taught at Chippewa High School for 15 years before coming home to Northwest in 2000. I have taught Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Physical Science in my time here, and I love what I do.
