Welcome back! My name is Wendy Reynolds, and I am the 5th Grade Intervention Specialist at W. S. Stinson Elementary. This is my 16th year here at Northwest, and I am so excited to be back with my fellow teachers and staff for another amazing year!
I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in Elementary and Special Education in 1997 and began my teaching career with Penn Hills Local School District in Pittsburgh, PA. I moved to Ohio in 2001 and started here at Stinson working with both 5th and 6th grades. In 2010, I completed my Masters in Special Education through Kent State University.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. My son, Christopher, and my daughter, Kaylee, attend school at St. Francis De Sales. Christopher is in 6th grade and enjoys playing sports and searching for Pokemon. Kaylee is in 4th grade and enjoys dance, volleyball, and horseback riding.
