We, the Northwest Elementary School community, respect and celebrate the differences in children and how they learn. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and motivates children to be life-long learners. Together, we will guide our children to become responsible, productive, and contributing citizens in the global community.
ALL children can learn. Increased academic achievement is the mark of effectiveness. Leadership must be building based. School improvement plans must be tailored to the needs of the: STUDENTS, then the TEACHERS, and the ADMINISTRATORS.
