Immunization Clinic Immunization GraphicOffered for Northwest Families

Northwest Local Schools are partnering with the Stark County Health Department to offer an Immunization Clinic to Northwest students on Thursday, August 30 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the middle school.

Immunizations will be offered to any student with insurance, Medicaid or self-pay on a sliding scale. While all students are required to be up to date on their immunizations, students starting kindergarten, 7th grade and 12th grade need scheduled booster immunizations.

Students must have an appointment to participate. Appointments can be made by calling the Stark Health Department at (330) 493-9914 ext. 2050. Please have insurance card ready when calling.

Students under 18 years old will need to have a parent or guardian with them.
